北投老爺的餐點承襲了老爺酒店一貫的品質,今天的晚餐是歐法餐點,有許多的花草植物入菜,可以說是一趟味覺與視覺的奇幻之旅。這裡就是1樓用餐的地方餐廳內部座位很有情調每個桌上都擺放了小盆栽,還有兩個松果子。上餐前先來兩塊開胃蘋果然後是麵包! 這個麵包吃不夠還可以再要,以養生十穀類為主「法國淡菜佐有機醋凍,魚子醬襯冰花」! 不要小看上面綠綠的那朵,那個叫「冰花」,是相當高級的食材。要不是服務生特別強調,可能會被我挑掉吧…「冷燻櫻桃鴨胸佐綠蘆筍,有機紫芋片,義大利陳醋南瓜籽油」加點的兒童餐的玉米濃湯「嫰煮勃根地田螺佐蕯丁尼亞米拉麵,蒜味香草奶泡」「嫰煎法式鵝肝黑佐黑松露牛肝菌燉飯」,上面那一大塊鵝肝就要是法國胃才會比較喜歡,波妞拔就很排斥,但他倒是很喜歡下面歐式燉飯。這是特別點的兒童餐,咖哩烏龍麵,不會辣很好吃。餐廳人員貼心提醒,單點跟點兒童套餐差不多錢,所以當然點套餐囉,還有個湯。說貴其實也還,+10%後400+「炙烤法式羊排佐有機南瓜布丁,芥末肉汁」。這個羊排不知怎麼料理的,吃起來粉粉的,雖然沒肉汁卻又不會乾,難道是捶打嗎? 口感反而有點像鴨肉「美國頂級牛肋眼佐波特酒肉汁」,當然也是很好吃!

這個現打果汁工作人員也毫不馬虎,本來想自己倒的,但馬上被接手了。因為現打果汁都會有塵澱物,先攪拌後再倒出來,比較均勻
