老爺愛吃燒臘,amy總是得時不時準備幾個口袋名單放著,以備不時之需。這家位於微風廣場附近的"極之好味"放在口袋名單中好一陣子了,這天總算有機會造訪了。   為了吃到鵝腿,11點多就來報到呢~,剛好成為店裡第一組客人,"極之好味"店內座位不多,感覺內用和外帶的客人各半,這天用餐期間好多人來外帶呢~。   醬料自取,兩種醬的味道都挺好的。   先來個例湯,這天的例湯是蓮藕湯,味道挺不錯的,料也多,有把煲湯的味道做出來。   amy點了鵝腿飯,鵝腿皮Q肉彈,味道挺不錯的,雖然跟熟悉的燒鵝味道不太一樣,但算是好吃的鵝腿飯。   老爺點了貴妃雞拼肥龍叉燒。網路上極推的肥龍叉燒對我們而言實在太肥了,雖然不至於油膩,但還是接受不了,但貴妃雞非常喜歡,口感或香氣都很棒,配上油蔥醬很正點。   兩人吃到一半後又追加了一份叉燒拼油雞,正常叉燒討喜多了,油雞也很嫩口,兩種都挺喜歡的。 "極之好味"的燒臘真的都做得不錯,配菜的味道和飯的口感也都很棒,是一個吃起來很美味的燒臘飯,雖然沒有港味,但還是好吃,家附近如果有一家這樣的燒臘店會很開心的那種。

老爺點了貴妃雞拼肥龍叉燒。網路上極推的肥龍叉燒對我們而言實在太肥了,雖然不至於油膩,但還是接受不了,但貴妃雞非常喜歡,口感或香氣都很棒,配上油蔥醬很正點。

兩人吃到一半後又追加了一份叉燒拼油雞,正常叉燒討喜多了,油雞也很嫩口,兩種都挺喜歡的。
"極之好味"的燒臘真的都做得不錯,配菜的味道和飯的口感也都很棒,是一個吃起來很美味的燒臘飯,雖然沒有港味,但還是好吃,家附近如果有一家這樣的燒臘店會很開心的那種。

照片記錄:人均2~300。原心粵楊華志師傅新作,坊間燒臘店又多一間不錯的選擇,初訪後有些想吃的沒刷到,又二訪,可惜仍未吃到燒雞肝🌚,倒是雲吞意外好吃。(主餐選項多,朋友來切外帶,講說單點的最少200起)(鹹檸七蠻夠味,密封杯用吸管很難戳鹹檸檬..😐)(燒鵝+油雞,胸肉也算柔嫩,不一定要吃腿阿~🍗)(油雞的熟度、醬香..比起同為楊師傅打理但已收掉的"參柒"好吃)(右:肥龍叉燒+左:燒排骨,肥龍版本應相對較為油潤肥美,排骨倒也不會乾柴)(例湯不錯,加點價ok喝一下~)(二訪點奶茶)(原隻鵝腿飯,肉質柔嫩,可惜皮不夠脆,當作解解饞罷!)(燒肉+肥龍🐲叉燒,燒肉口感不錯但是焦味略重,這次叉燒感到有點甜膩?兩次吃下來喜歡撈麵大於飯)(雲吞湯)😋
