2016.01.13藝奇已經很久沒再踏進王品集團所開設的餐廳,吃過王品.西堤.夏慕尼.聚.陶板屋.藝奇.原燒.石二鍋八間店之後覺得該稍微緩緩,然而看到口碑券才忽然驚覺似乎已經很久沒再吃王品了。由於菜色與第一次用餐的菜色不同才讓我想再一次踏入藝奇,除了主餐依舊不變以外其他菜色完全不同。藝奇主要以雙主餐方式呈現,套餐$698+10%服務費=$767.8元。覺得藝奇(福雅店)的服務一如王品集團一貫的親切,當每收走一道菜就會擦上一次桌子確保乾淨。四味小品(可續加)黝黑閃閃發亮的黑豆帶著些許的甜味沙拉是以柳葉魚卵再淋上蜂蜜芥末醬,帶著蜂蜜芥末的甜與嗆每一口都覺得魚卵在嘴裡跳動。Clam Soup with Garlic蒜味蜆湯裡頭滿滿堆積如山的黃金蜆,呈現些許乳白色澤的湯頭濃濃的蜆味與蒜香 ,底層的蠟燭持續不斷的加熱中維持溫度。Smoked Salmon and Tomato Salad飽滿鮮甜多汁的蕃茄淋上白色的優格醬,在蕃茄與蕃茄之間夾著燻鮭魚不過燻鮭魚口感略顯普通。Vegetable Roll with Shrimp甜蝦時蔬捲底層以手工日式蛋捲一層一層包覆著菠菜,再以甜蝦做點綴淋上一圈的胡

拍照拍了很久服務生特地為我們再換了一個石板,

親切的示範燒烤牛肉在石板上先放上一層紙比較不會黏住,

稍微在石板上烤個幾下搭配一旁的玫瑰鹽or蔥or水果醋。

這幾日天氣特別濕冷才稍稍覺得有冬天的氛圍,

寒冷的天氣來一杯熱熱的黑豆抹茶再適合不過了,

黑豆抹茶喝起來比較像五穀雜糧類的飲料,

濃濃的穀香飄散隨之而來的才是抹茶的醇苦。

由於這次是招待再加上福雅店服務和坐位都比上次用餐還要理想,

我想我確實該重新定義我對藝奇的評價,

不過我還是覺得除非是有推出新菜色不然藝奇就是有吃過就好。
