這次的青青五樓春酒宴感謝朋友五桌辦下去,不像時還在對抗疫情,當時我們一桌只被安排在二樓冷冷清清,但也可能是這樣,相對來說更能顧好菜品的呈現或溫度等方面,現由第三代打理仍有一些細節需要多觀察調整,這次主要圖個熱鬧,阿發師本人也有現身,我最喜歡的菜仍然是十全佛跳牆,放了10種食材的個人鍋,雞翅釀芋頭而湯不濁,加上五加皮酒添味,冬天喝上一鍋真的棒。品味人生: 六款前菜,不知是否錯覺,那道辣炒豬油粕仔初訪時更顯香脆,朋友則喜歡麻香海蜇頭)香魚燒蛋捲,是一道和漢料理,烤過的帶卵香魚再用柴魚醬汁煮到軟化,甜味蠻重的)煙燻烏魚子,即孔雀烏魚子~花枝漿裹海苔再包炭烤過的烏魚子,用蒸的版本)龍蝦綜合生)(鹽酥金沙卷)(十全佛跳牆: 排翅、鮑魚、婆參、鳳翅釀芋、干貝、魚皮、魚肚、花菇、豬腳、栗子)(五加皮酒,給佛跳牆提味不宜加多)(蒜蓉爆小卷,這是樓下正常菜單裡就有的菜色,鹹甜適中而且很香,但當天感覺吃油較重)(火焰三杯鮑,視覺性十足)(松茸蒸時蔬)五彩蛋黃蝦,鹹蛋黃烤後包海苔、芥藍菜、豬油和大蝦,這道不錯!)(肝炖芙蓉魚)(白雪桂花蟹)(雞仔豬肚鱉,上次也有吃到,藥膳味較厚的手路)(最後還有龍蝦頭煮蚵仔
