苗栗除了鄉園,三義這間家庭式小館也會列入我再訪的客家菜名單,還是這種好,桌數少、夫妻經營,會覺得像去客家人家裡吃飯的那種手路,氛圍也輕鬆,老闆很有自信說...吃過我家都會再來,好吧~我有點被說服了。店扛棒:無餓不坐,坐餓多端)菜單的紅麴焢肉與炒粉腸居然必須綁定土雞?少見在此類小館出現的配餐規則,既然如此那就都點起來試試,這個正土雞打理得真可謂上品,熟度佳、結實而不硬韌,雞皮彈牙帶凍,仿仔雞吃久了也容易無聊~正好換個口味,至於黑豬焢肉一看價格覺得偏貴,其實上桌這品質真的可以,滷到黑亮軟Q適中、色深入味(紅麴感覺不多),不過口味並不那麼客家鹹,就是醬油香,炒粉腸可稱作招牌無誤,暫且吃不到乾扁薑絲肥腸時的頂替案,內臟大火梅納反應過的香味,炒大腸生炒膨脆的口感ok,只是我不太喜歡過於酸嗆的調味,最後建議來碗蘿蔔錢片湯,就是曬過的蘿蔔乾,這個湯放到隔天會更好喝,直接點大份再外帶沒問題。(土雞)(紅麴黑豬焢肉)(招牌炒粉腸)(薑絲炒大腸)(辣炒韭菜肉絲豆干)(蘿蔔錢片湯)
