初訪時提過老闆在青海旅遊時認識了西藏的廚師並請求傳授技藝,那時吃了羊排炕鍋覺得挺不錯,雖表明有在油量辣度做過調整,但以重口味我來講已感覺很夠味,提供的自製香料粉沾了亦加分,這次換吃黃燜羊拐筋,這個要等半小時,濃鹹帶辣的黃燜醬滿滿附著在羊大骨上,也是爽快!只是這道兩人分食相對易膩(3~4人比較建議點),下次過來我還是會換回羊排炕鍋。驚覺菜單居然把青稞甜醅子拿掉了?應該是賣得不好?果然不適合大眾口味...?酥油茶,選了甜的~即帶有油香的奶茶,有附糌粑,青稞做的~類似麵茶口感手抓烤羊排,這裡使用的羊排品質有水準,只是我會認為可以直上炕鍋,點這份真的是因為這次主要吃羊拐筋..黃燜羊拐筋,羊大骨都燜到可以輕鬆脫骨,點個粿條ok!

酥油茶,選了甜的~即帶有油香的奶茶,有附糌粑,青稞做的~類似麵茶口感

手抓烤羊排,這裡使用的羊排品質有水準,只是我會認為可以直上炕鍋,點這份真的是因為這次主要吃羊拐筋..

遽聞老闆是在青海旅遊時認識了西藏的廚師,這裡的香料食材不少是空運過來,第一次來當然先點招牌羊排炕鍋,說是有在油量辣度做過一些調整,但這口味對我來說還是夠重的了,又香又麻,超開胃。😋 羊肉有先以香料燉煮後炸,用保熱的厚鍋燜過之後,肉除了Q嫩又帶焦香,加點的寬帶麵直接下去拌煎出微微焦脆,裡頭馬鈴薯塊邊緣也弄出了焦脆,還有給另外的香料灑粉,味道又可更重更有層次。烤串點了羊肉、豆皮、面筋、茄子,我只喜歡豆皮,面筋串就是大陸視頻常看到長得像彈簧的(科技與狠活?),咬起來很有勁道,要靠刷大量調味不然沒啥味道。第一次喝青稞甜醅子,像發酵酒釀的清甜,帶有一股較強的酒辛,那種中式白酒會有的氣味。

烤串點了羊肉、豆皮、面筋、茄子,我只喜歡豆皮,

面筋串就是大陸視頻常看到長得像彈簧的(科技與狠活?),

咬起來很有勁道,要靠刷大量調味不然沒啥味道。

第一次喝青稞甜醅子,像發酵酒釀的清甜,

帶有一股較強的酒辛,那種中式白酒會有的氣味。
