照片記錄:1,500/人(無服務費)。前一晚是sinasera的野味季,隔天午餐就近5分鐘車程,是加入台灣元素的中西式創作料理,整頓順順的還蠻實吃、份量也ok,5菜+1甜點此價格沒意見了,自己住家才可如此實惠吧~(秋季菜單: 主軸是馬爾貝克氣味特徵,是否應搭酒比較能體悟?)🤔(無酒精飲品,12號&13號,不錯喝)(北海道干貝/虎之奶/蒔蘿/小黃瓜,干貝比預期中更熟一點)(兵庫室津牡蠣/大蔥/洋菇/仙草凍,使用仙草凍搭牡蠣倒是有趣)(茴香豬骨湯飯,也許有借鑑屏東飯湯的感覺?豬肉與內臟的處理正常,喜好鹹度下重些、才易於引出風味)(澎湖海鱺魚,熟度蠻好、魚皮也酥脆)(紐西蘭和羊臀肉,魚、羊這兩道的直火呈現都不錯,且份量有誠意)(梅洛葡萄慕斯,組合蠻特別的)(同場加映: 王記鬼頭刀專賣店,觀光客來吃一下吧~)😁
