餐廳主建物從正面看來,以磚瓦木質建材為裝潢主軸,中式仿古設計,古樸藏拙,搭配滿滿的植栽綠樹,倒比秀麗庭園更得我心,鐵皮就當作沒看到吧…(遠目)看官網寫著餐廳主人因為愛上了此地雙連埤的美麗景色,所以特地接手餐廳,並找了一些老木材、傢俱做為裝飾,佈置風格就是很復古、田園風格,有看到大量的陶瓷、枯柴、茅草等。外頭走廊有賣一些在地蔬菜如紅鳳菜、過貓、薑等。餐廳亦有附設咖啡廳,外側的座位似乎歸屬於咖啡廳使用,但餐廳人多時亦會安排於此用餐。西魯肉宜蘭代表性的特色名菜,重點在上頭的油炸蛋酥,簡單來說就是什錦羹,我個人一直都很喜歡這種濃稠帶有黏度的古早味羹湯,味道濃郁鹹香,金黃色的蛋酥及大量的鮮綠香菜,讓羹湯吃來鮮香爽口,大家都覺得味道不錯,獲得一致好評。土雞肉這道白斬雞表現就中規中距,雞皮香滑但雞肉略硬不夠肥嫩。生魚片、蝦、鴨賞、鮑魚沙拉綜合冷菜拼盤冷菜拼盤裝盤還滿豪華的……很有辦桌菜的感覺XDXD生菜蝦的醬汁過水過多,吃的時些湯湯水水滴不停,有些狼狽。鮑魚沙拉就是鮑魚片擠上大量沙拉醬。生魚片有旗魚、鮭魚二種,口感軟嫩,鮮度尚可,鴨賞拌著辣椒蒜苗很香,微辣好吃。 炒鱔魚先炸後炒,調味清淡帶些辣味,鱔

西魯肉

宜蘭代表性的特色名菜,重點在上頭的油炸蛋酥,

簡單來說就是什錦羹,我個人一直都很喜歡這種濃稠帶有黏度的古早味羹湯,

味道濃郁鹹香,金黃色的蛋酥及大量的鮮綠香菜,讓羹湯吃來鮮香爽口,

大家都覺得味道不錯,獲得一致好評。

炒三鮮

只知道有花膠跟魚軟骨,另外一鮮不確定,加入不少的青紅椒、香菇同炒,

滋味鮮美,口感Q彈再加上蔬菜的香甜,這道我個人滿喜歡的。

豬肋排

調味甜中帶鹹,醬汁濃郁有煙燻香氣還不錯。

肉質稍硬但是滿有彈性的,軟骨的部份彈脆有嚼勁。

醬燒鮮魚

不確定使用的魚種,應該、可能是鱒魚吧???

服務人員上桌時動作很快,放下菜咕噥二句就走了…

大量的胡椒辣椒蔥絲,湯汁色澤偏深,鹹香微辣,

魚肉肥美有彈性,吃得到豐腴的膠質,沒啥腥味。

薑炒紅鳳菜

紅鳳菜就是俗稱的紅菜,是這兒的特產招牌,

外頭也有在賣,算是餐廳的固定菜色。

亮紫色的湯汁很美,有淡淡的薑味及麻油味,

其實我個人不太敢吃紅菜orz

不過長輩說紅鳳菜滿營養的,對身體很好,

逼著我吃了二口,還不錯,柔嫩有脆度,爽口不會太黏膩,

只是還是吃得到紅菜特有的味道……

我頂多吃二口應付一下,其他人倒是吃得滿開心的。

蘿蔔排骨湯

本來以為是一般的蘿蔔湯,盛湯時才發現有加入猴頭菇,

湯頭淸甜回甘,蘿蔔甜軟,排骨肉滿有彈性的,

猴頭菇紋理分明很紮實,雖然是家常湯,但喝起來還不錯。

餐後水果 - 鳳梨、小番茄、芭樂

水果品質一般般,鳳梨滿甜的,芭樂味道偏淡,番茄酸甜可口。

野夫炊煙與之前造訪過的大洲魚寮據說是同集團同老闆經營,

二者的重點都在於餐廳的景觀,相較於大洲的精緻,

個人更喜歡野夫的豐盛及實在,以每人六百元無服務費的價格,

一餐有肉有雞有魚, 搭配特色蔬菜,佐以美麗的山野景色,個人覺得還不錯呢~

只是地處山區,從宜蘭市區開車大約要三十分鐘以上才到得了吧…

喜歡秀麗的山景水色及古早味在地料理的朋友,

推薦可以到野夫炊煙一訪哦~
