巧之味手工水餃是台北好吃的水餃店，為了綠皮的干貝水餃而來，他們有幾家分店，我去的是捷運善導寺站的濟南店。
Takumi Dumplings is a delicious handmade dumplings restaurant in Taipei, came here for their green wrapper scallops dumplings. They have several branches, I visited the one near MRT Shandao Temple Station.
餃子口味有三款，包括招牌、韮菜跟干貝。外面有仙草蜜。小菜、醬料都是自助形式。每種水餃最少要點五顆。
酸辣湯 Sour and Spicy soup 30NT
配水餃蠻搭的酸辣湯，不會太辣，一般不吃辣的人也能接受，酸度夠，湯也沒有調太稠，很不錯。
招牌水餃 Signature Dumplings (garlic chives, cabbage, pork) 6NT/粒piece
韮黃、高麗菜、豬肉內餡的招牌水餃，皮薄餡鮮，亦不會太碎，韮黃跟高麗菜的比例剛好，豬肉沒有佔太多。
韮菜水餃 Chinese leek dumplings (Chinese leek, pork) 6NT/粒piece
韮菜跟豬肉，韮菜香而不腥，豬肉也不乾澀。
干貝水餃 Scallop dumplings (algae wrapper, pork, cabbage and a whole scallop) 8NT/粒piece
特別的綠藻餃皮，豬肉、高麗菜，還有一整粒干貝，干貝味道蠻突出的，沒有失望。
