在台北市中心,原來有一家很原始的雲泰純素食,創辦人是一對父女,爸爸小時候在國共內戰時逃到緬甸,跟奶奶一起獨立扶養十個孩子,也是當時學了一門好廚藝,所以才有現在的「The Green Room」喔~在這點菜可以超放心的,因為全部都沒有用蛋奶等動物性食材,而且還選用當地新鮮蔬果和非基因改造的食材,超棒的!推薦大家吃「泰式炒粑粑絲」和「星州炒飯」,這兩道菜都讓我想起小時候幾乎每個禮拜天,都會跟我家人到家樓下吃的那家泰國餐廳,超懷念的 😚別忘了點一杯夏日飲料,讓自己清爽一下,我點了「有機木瓜豆奶」,很喜歡In the city center of Taipei, there is a very original Yuntai vegan restaurant. It's very reliable to order food here, because they never use any animal products such as egg and milk, instead they use local fresh fruits and vegetables and non-GMO ingredients, that's so great! I recommend everyone to try the pad thai and the Singaporean fried rice . These two dishes remind me of the Thai restaurant that I always have woth my family in the old times.
Don't forget to order a summer drink to refresh yourself. I ordered "organic papaya soy milk". I like it very much.
