彩椒廚房 (大安區)

在台北公館附近有一條咖啡街，顧名思義，整條街都是咖啡館，大學生都喜歡跑來這邊溫習，走進咖啡館，你會誤以為自己去了圖書館的自修室，我這個離開校園很久的「大人」坐在那，有點格格不入，下次我也要融入一下才行 😁
溫習累了，不妨到附近的「彩椒廚房」吃個晚餐慰勞一下自己吧！這家店雖是奶素，但也有部分純素料理喔，而且感覺都很厲害耶！推薦石鍋拌飯（NT130），超級無敵香的，原本配的是雲南椒麻醬，可是我不能吃太辣，所以就換了沙茶醬，配飯超好吃！還有小吃－椒麻G（NT80），G就是雞的意思，吃起來口感像炸雞塊，但又不會很炸，超喜歡~
對了，小心有客人點臭豆腐，那臭味臭到我快要暈了 😆

There is a coffee street near Gongguan. As the name implies, the whole street is full of coffee shop. College students like to come here to do revision. So you will mistakenly think that you have gone to the library's study room whenever cafe you walked into.
After studying a whole day, maybe go to a nice veg restaurant such as "彩椒廚房" to cheer yourself up! There are some vegan dishes here, and it tastes very good! I will recommend you a bibimbap (NT130), orginally with Yunnan pepper sauce, but I can not eat too spicy, so I changed to satay sauce, please mix it well with the rice! There is also a snack - pepper Ma G (NT80), G is the meaning of chicken, tastes like fried chicken, but it will not be too dry, like it so much ~

The Green Room (大安區)

在台北市中心，原來有一家很原始的雲泰純素食，創辦人是一對父女，爸爸小時候在國共內戰時逃到緬甸，跟奶奶一起獨立扶養十個孩子，也是當時學了一門好廚藝，所以才有現在的「The Green Room」喔～
在這點菜可以超放心的，因為全部都沒有用蛋奶等動物性食材，而且還選用當地新鮮蔬果和非基因改造的食材，超棒的！推薦大家吃「泰式炒粑粑絲」和「星州炒飯」，這兩道菜都讓我想起小時候幾乎每個禮拜天，都會跟我家人到家樓下吃的那家泰國餐廳，超懷念的 😚
別忘了點一杯夏日飲料，讓自己清爽一下，我點了「有機木瓜豆奶」，很喜歡

In the city center of Taipei, there is a very original Yuntai vegan restaurant. The founder is a father and a daughter. When the Dad was a child, he fled to Ching Mai during the Communist war. He raised 10 children independently with the grandmum. That's the time he learned how to cook. And it turned to the current "The Green Room"~
It's very reliable to order food here, because they never use any animal products such as egg and milk, instead they use local fresh fruits and vegetables and non-GMO ingredients, that's so great! I recommend everyone to try the pad thai and the Singaporean fried rice . These two dishes remind me of the Thai restaurant that I always have woth my family in the old times.
Don't forget to order a summer drink to refresh yourself. I ordered "organic papaya soy milk". I like it very much.

Herban Kitchen & Bar 二本餐廳 (大安區)

「二本餐廳」隱藏在巷子裡，不小心就會錯過它，我是晚上去的，超有感覺，室外和室內都很chill，很適合三五知己來吃吃喝喝，最好先訂位喔～
超推「黑海竹炭醬意大利麵」NT300，裡面的綜合菇和海茸頭等食材超搭的，它的醬有點豆鼓味，蠻野味的，吃完嘴巴秒變黑黑的，很好玩 😆 如果你能吃辣，可以試試「阿珠媽燉飯」NT300，泡菜辣得好爽，不能吃辣的要小心考慮囉！
這邊的飲料感覺都挺厲害的，我很大膽地點了一個可能會中伏的蔬菜汁－大力水手號菠菜汁(NT200)。比想像中好喝很多耶，草青味不會很重，很特別的味道，不錯！而且我們在吧台前面，目不轉睛地看著員工用心地為我們調配飲料，好像在看表演喔 😂

"Herban Kitchen＆Bar" is hidden in the alley. It's too easy to miss it. I went there at night. It is very chill both outdoors and indoors. Best to book it in advance~
Super recommend "Bamboo Charcoal Pasta" NT300, the mixed mushroom and sea velvet head and other ingredients are well matched. Its sauce is a bit like dried black bean, your mouth will turn in black color when finish 😆 If you like spicy, you can try the "Kimchi Risotto" NT300, kimchi is quite spicy, if you can't eat spicy, be careful about this dish!
The drinks here are quite powerful. I am very brave to order a shake that maybe not taste good - Popeye the Sailor Man (NT200). Way better than what I expected, the grass green taste will not be too heavy, very special taste, i like it! And we were seating in front of the bar, watching the staff carefully mixing the drinks for us, it's like watching a show 😂

青春素麵線 佛緣本店 (大安區)

說到台灣經典小吃，我會立刻想到麵線，記得以前常去八方雲集吃餃子，我總會配一碗麵線，好讓自己感覺身在台灣 😅
原來麵線也有素食版，而且味道一樣好吃，還可以搭配超多不一樣的配菜，我點了一個「青春素麵線」NT60和一個「海帶」NT50就已經很夠飽了，超便宜的，不要再說素食很貴了，好嗎？貴有貴吃，便宜有便宜吃嘛 😏

When talking about Taiwanese classic snacks, I will immediately think of the taiwan noodle. I remember that I used to go to a taiwanese shop to have dumplings and I always have to order a bowl of taiwan noodles to make myself feel like I am in Taiwan.
Now we can even find a vegan version of these noodles, and the taste is just as delicious. You can also order a lot of different side dishes. I ordered a "youth noodle" NT60 and a "seaweed" NT50, I felt quite full, and it is very cheap. Don't say that vegan food is expensive, okay? We have both pricey and cheap options just like any other meat restaurant 😏

二吉軒濃い豆乳 (大安區)

在台北有好幾家吃豆花、豆漿、豆乳雪糕（冰淇淋）的店都很不錯，這次要給大家推薦「二吉軒豆乳」。
很喜歡這家的豆花，第一次把豆漿和豆花配在一起吃耶，蠻特別的！他們的豆漿偏水一點，本來以為會比較淡口味，卻沒有喔，反而還蠻濃郁的！豆乳雪糕控在最後一定要吃吃他們的雪糕才可以很滿足地離開 😄
建議大家可以在店內享用，因為二樓佈置得很文青風，很適合打卡喔～

There are several shops in Taipei that specially provide beancurd dessert, soy milk, soy milk ice cream. This time, I would like to recommend "Soypresso".
I really like their beancurd dessert. For the first time, I put soy milk and beancurd together to eat. It is quite special! Their soy milk is a little bit watery, I thought the taste would be lighter, but it is actually not, it is quite rich! Soymilk ice cream lover like me must grab an ice cream in the end before leave. Feeling very satisfied 😄
I suggest that you can enjoy the food in the shop, because the second floor is very stylish, it is suitable for IG photos~
