高鐵站旁和逸內的中餐廳,以我多年北桃竹往返的經驗,這個價位對桃園來說是頂級的了,仔細一看,單價與台北的高級粵菜餐廳也有得拚,當天中午除了我們之外也只有兩桌而已,實屬意料中的空蕩~但環境打理不錯,外場表現仍不夠合襯、而且上菜太過趕場,是比較可惜的兩點。  (假日中午只有少少三桌人,以價位和地理位置覺得意料之中~~)餐廳的定位其實是川揚菜,回到菜餚本身來說說,先是脆鱔酥而不硬的適中咬感,甜酸夠味、堪比請客樓(但價格其實僅一半),蟹黃海鮮豆腐煲料多實在,湯汁又夠濃郁(甚至有點小驚艷了),脆皮黑鑽雞是少見的烏骨雞作法,烏雞特有的風味香氣讓我回想起台中鳥苑冠絕四方的爐烤烏骨雞,只是這裡的肉相對沒這麼滑嫩、而皮又脆多了些,蒜香很夠,蘸的醬印象是沙薑~頗搭,只是這道冷了便不好,上菜畢竟還是快了。(江蘇梁溪香脆鱔)(蟹黃海鮮豆腐煲)(脆皮蒜香黑鑽雞)西蜀霸王排以十三香滷腩排入味、香氣徐徐,加上剁椒辣醬,是別有滋味的一道,乾煸四季豆則覺得不需特別點,國賓川菜的餅夾四季豆美味許多,燃麵用的麵體有點太粗、調味也不夠跌宕,不過最後的棗泥黑天鵝作工比想像優質,溫熱甜酸的內餡還可搭底下的巧克力碎,但是那個藍色的沙
