    桃園後站有不少東南亞餐廳,這天來到位在後站旁的亞當貴。    招牌雖然寫著「咖啡店-麵包」,不過其實有提供正餐。入座後會提供茶水。亞當貴特色越式法國麵包 150元    這裡的越式法國麵包和以往吃到的不同,有點像古巴三明治的氣質。麵包被壓得扁平,酥脆度提升許多,嚼勁則少了些,麵包本身的奶油香氣挺好。    內餡個人比較吃不慣,無論是青菜還是肉片的味道都淡了點。自己還是喜歡青菜來點甜酸,肉片滋味強烈,再抹上豬肝醬及淋些醬料或加辣椒的越式法國麵包版本。綜合牛肉河粉 180元    二訪嚐試河粉,牛肉河粉和豆芽菜很妙地會分盤上桌。河粉彈牙,湯頭鮮甜。鄰桌的似疑新住民的客人,熟門熟路地將桌上的各種調味包括蒜頭辣椒、一般辣椒及魚露等倒入湯中,攪拌後賣相完全像一碗紅燒湯。我沒勇氣跟進,還是只嚐著原味湯頭。    配料除一大盤熟豆芽菜外,還有牛肉、牛腩、腱子肉及半筋半肉。老實說因為片成薄片,前三者區分度有限,熟度合宜但還不到嫩的程度;牛筋部份則是軟中有彈。順化紅燒牛肉米線 180元    三訪點順化米線,米線彈性亦佳。湯頭比河粉稍厚重些,微辣,但並非一般紅燒湯頭的鹹辣風格。除同樣有的一盤熟豆

    三訪點順化米線,米線彈性亦佳。湯頭比河粉稍厚重些,微
辣,但並非一般紅燒湯頭的鹹辣風格。除同樣有的一盤熟豆芽芽
外,其它配料挺豐富,有豬腳、越南火腿、牛肉、豆腐和鴨血等
,乍看頗有麻辣燙氣質。


    豬腳軟Q;牛肉紮實;鴨血無臊。不妨試著用蒜頭辣椒、一
般辣椒和魚露調製沾醬,能讓配料滋味瞬間提升,彷彿這碗米線
多配了盤黑白切小菜。



    整體而言,河粉和米線有合己好。或許因為環境比一般東南
亞餐廳寬敞舒適,服務人員也多,所以餐點單價相對也高些。
