上週跟朋友來到內湖的小南亭和風洋食用餐就在港墘捷運站附近(走路大約5-8分鐘路程)一打開門看到這個覺得老闆很有自己的想法後來聽到店家講到一季換一次菜單~檢視銷量後做調整果真好認真裝潢很熱鬧這個攤車我心好有共鳴阿!!無雷料理!!!桌上都有放胡椒粉七味粉和果醋立卡上這個清了梅~~好特別!! 菜單 像火車時刻表一樣的菜單也太可愛了所有的菜色都是店家團隊自己發想的烤物套餐、炸物套餐、鍋燒套餐、涮牛套餐 單點烤物、單點炸物、特色小菜、酒汽水飲料及其他看著X軸Y軸就能對應到產品的價格一目了然還貼心製作了點餐範例和Q&APS:不食牛肉勿點咖哩料理果醋白蘿蔔店家自製的小菜~清爽脆口韓式辣泡菜這道韓式辣泡菜是刻意請工廠製作偏台式有蒜味非常酸辣夠味~~ 清了梅(熱)濃醇梅酒比較甜 加上清酒用了特調的黃金比例 變得更順口不嗆好喝 麻辣雪花牛(燙)牛肉川燙後再去拌有機蛋黃淋上食材花椒味比較重~不會嗆辣是帶點麻的口感 酒蒸蛤蜊用20顆大蛤蜊和全米酒製作完成後上桌前再淋上清酒~蛤蜊肥美都是有肉的骰子牛肉 牛肉新鮮堅持不醃漬直接下去烤只加了胡椒和孜然調味~吃的到牛肉的鮮味炸蝦(花生醬)這口味也太特別了花生醬帶有顆
