Introduction
本廳延聘江浙名廚掌理，江浙菜系以河鮮為先，海鮮次之，注重刀工與火候，以燜/蒸/燒/炒為主，重視調湯，保持原汁追求本味，風味清鮮，鹹 甜醇正。出菜講究風格雅麗與形質兼美，雖酥爛脫骨而不失其形，滑嫩爽脆而益顯其味。 本廳以『老菜』跟『新吃』為精神主軸。老菜指原始精神與口味特性，新吃則為享用方式與內容呈現。老菜為體新吃為用。
本廳除可容納百人的小吃單點區外，亦有可彈性區隔之包廂七間，從一桌到廿五桌均能彈性調整運用。
