滿心期待的主角上場啦…感動(忘了放個東西比照一下)

乾式熟成肋眼,熟成21天以上,來自美國內布拉斯加州,穀物飼養120~140天、牛齡24~30個月

Ω乾式熟成魯是初次嚐試,所以沒有啥標準,但感覺乾式熟成後的肋眼不僅外層焦香酥脆感較一般牛排明顯,內層的肉質亦是比一般牛排更有種柔嫩口感,而且大刀切開不見血水(雖然熟度有點稍過),肉汁飽滿、入口後那隱而未發的肉味也較為濃郁,簡單來點海鹽,銷魂

Ω依舊無法忘情的牛排雖然是特意慢慢品嚐,但瞬間掃空後隨之而來的便是不滿足的失落Orz

美夢既逝,人感是要面對現實……只好再來個幾輪甜點、水果拼盤~至少也要拼到直直的進來,彎著腰走出去吧~"~

特別要提一下的是右上方白色冰淇淋是白蘆筍風味的冰淇淋喔,還滿少見,而且風味不差

初嚐乾式熟成,縱使荷包損失慘重,但就二個字…滿足

「Fresh & Aged」有機會的話魯應該還是會再上門試試至於手上還有幾間提供乾式熟成的餐廳名單,有些甚至是各食友評價更甚於F&A的,我想從在這次體驗後可能也會開始找機會嚐試了吧,不過那當然是在妥善安排、量力而為的情形下
