透過壹周刊的介紹,知道了拾穗這間結合麵包跟餐點的小店,似乎有些很不錯的菜色。看了地址,似乎離捷運101站是步行可達的距離,就找了機會跟朋友來吃。沒想到一試成主顧,接連來了3次。 店內不大,生意很好,記得一定要訂位。 菜色選擇性算多。價格以歐式餐點來說算是平實。 番茄蔬菜湯$100(裡面有番茄,蘿蔔,洋蔥類的蔬菜,上面還淋了一匙的青醬,讓整體的味道更豐富,好喝,推!) 低溫烹調鮮嫩雞腿三明治$250(店家是bakery,用的麵包品質當然很好。低溫烹調處理的雞腿果然滑嫩無比。配料是秋葵跟玉米筍,非常特殊的組合,讓口感軟中帶些脆口。這配料似乎每次會不同。我第三次來又點了這道,配料記得是節瓜跟炒軟的洋蔥。另外還有一小盅的番茄佐巴薩米克醋,清爽可口。總而言之,不管是麵包主料以及配料,整體的契合度,以及價格,是我吃過最棒的三明治,特推!)炭烤蘆筍溫泉蛋$180(蘆筍香脆,蛋香滑,搭配鹹香的洋蔥芥末醬跟起司,好吃,接近大推!) 低溫烹調粉嫩黑豬梅花肉三明治$280(梅花肉也是非常的軟嫩。用的是Ciabatta喬巴達麵包,水準也是極佳,搭配紅酒芥末籽醬,以及配料秋葵跟玉米筍,也是美味無

香煎低溫烹鮮嫩雞胸午間套餐$230(雞胸肉處理的也很好,不柴而且香。沙拉的部分用了巴薩米克醋,很清爽。另外還附湯記得是菠菜濃湯,也香濃可口,推!)

小蔬菜燉鍋套餐$210(番茄口味的蔬菜燉鍋,裡面有玉米筍,秋葵,紅蘿蔔類的蔬菜,味道很不錯。搭配Ciabatta喬巴達麵包,沾著吃,感覺對身體沒什麼負擔。推!)

沙朗牛排$580(牛排也是低溫烹調的,份量極為大方,熟度拿捏的非常好, 不會血水四溢,口感柔軟,跟玫瑰鹽一起吃非常美味。配菜是煎過的節瓜,秋葵,玉米筍,蘆筍,另外還附烤過的大蒜,都好吃到不行。這也是我吃過最棒的中價位牛排,不管是牛排或配菜我都喜歡,特推!)

拾穗是我近期吃過餐點最合口味的店之一。很喜歡他們用真空低溫烹調處理的肉類料理,尤其是沙朗牛排。他們的三明治也深得我心,麵包跟主料和配料都堪稱一流,尤其是低溫烹調鮮嫩雞腿三明治實在是令人回味,是我吃三明治的首選店家。

價位以歐式料理來說堪稱親民,每次平均的消費都不超過$500/人。以這種水準的菜色,在台北來說個人覺得極為超值。以後絕對會持續再訪!
