L先生中午的套餐價格平實又不失用心,比起現今某些讓人吃不太懂的料理,直覺美味多了,後來才發現這家"老店"其實也有拿到輪胎人的餐盤,以其扎實好吃還挺合理的,單以該換刀叉時便會更換這點,就讓人覺得舒服了...(鮭魚卵南瓜茶碗蒸)日法混血的意味,日本南瓜+高湯蒸蛋質地頗細緻,鮭魚卵用的品質也不錯、咬下啵啵流淌出鮮味,再者,熱度將蝦夷蔥的香氣逼得更強。(佛卡夏)(碳烤章魚/小洋芋/夏隆醬、昆布漬青魽/黃瓜/土佐醋汁)兩道前菜工序用心,都以酸醬汁為主軸,而且呈現一些味覺氣味上的轉折,生魚用了蒔蘿油並帶有柴魚味、烤章魚用了豬背脂與酸豆巴西里等,胃口的確開了起來(好像一直都很開😂)。(藍泳蟹/櫛瓜/麻花卷麵)用料實在、剝蟹肉的甜鮮味飽滿,麵體的彈勁與入味度拿捏得好,含這道麵的套餐才980。(招牌戰斧豬排)熟度我可再稍降一些些,其實嚼起來已經算理想。(榛果柑橘/焦化奶油冰淇淋、海鹽瑪德蓮)甜點覺得還ok,附咖啡茶飲,含水資兩人3,000以內吃這樣感覺很好。
