照片記錄:人均1,200。環境好,待客也和善的印度餐廳,中場跟老闆聊了一下,說要請他做印度當地人吃的口味(廚房是印度人在弄),端了一盤酸辣牛肉馬鈴薯咖哩,果然相比之下,風味厚實度增加20~30%,辣味也提升,對我而言是中辣(但是愈吃愈辣...),覺得整頓飯務必要交代一兩盤這樣的咖哩,太多也不好~難以消受,其他來說羊膝咖哩好吃,也喜歡帶點椰奶味的蝦咖哩,配鬆鬆的長米轉換味道很好,前菜窯烤牛與菠菜雞都可感覺沉郁的香料融合,烤餅則偏愛大蒜的。(panipuri,是比較乾版本的香料脆球)(炸洋蔥佐稠稠的羅望子醬,不錯吃)(窯烤紅香料牛肉,吃了會想試試羊肉)(翡翠菠菜窯烤雞腿)(窯烤紅香料牛肉濃咖哩Tikka Masala)(香料燴羊膝咖哩)😊(綜合烤餅,原味、全麥、千層)(大蒜烤餅)😋(印度香米蒸飯)(鮮蝦椰奶羅望子咖哩)😊(酸辣牛肉馬鈴薯咖哩vindaloo,做印度人吃的口味)😈(牛奶燉米布丁,我還是喜歡顆粒一點的)(番紅花牛奶球Ras malai,可能是道地口感但我無法🤣,甜點還是放棄好了)
