二七小任與岡心阿東兩位師傅投資設立,近期已開張一陣子,這次菜單以粵菜佔多數,內容、澎湃感、細緻度來看,人均3k不會過於挑剔了,主廚阿德輾轉待過不少餐廳,底子比想像還穩,相信再多點時間會更精進、走出自己風格吧,尤其將來若能做出自家重點的菜色,吸引力想必會更提升。迎賓四巧碟: 蜜芋頭、冰梅苦瓜、小魚辣椒豆乾、鹹蜆仔,這四道在調味或口感拿捏幾乎都好)糟滷三拼: 鴨舌、鴨翅、毛豆,酒糟味算重,鴨舌打理有水準魚翅佛跳牆,不油不濁不膩,食材正常發揮,吃了三碗蠔皇原汁鮑,吉品鮑鮑汁拌飯XO醬炒雙脆,也是如預期發揮,下一階就是怎麼讓人印象更深蒜香脆皮雞,手吊油淋,鹹度略高佐酒合適手工鮮蚵卷,好吃是好吃~期許未來做出自己風格東坡肉魚汁滑蛋臘味荷葉糯米飯藥膳燉烏骨雞,湯很不錯,這餐份量不算小!楊枝甘露
