最近有朋友偶爾開揪的一家店,來自重慶的老闆娘做家鄉味,嫌一些川菜館不夠味的人可以來試試,香氣辣度直截了當,技術面就看菜品,部分幾道特別好吃,至少整體大過不少我最後一次去的老罈香,但吃完後更想複習上膳若川的手路了,還是等天涼後再說吧~這餐辣度不斷堆疊,吃到爆汗!(藕耳相遇)(山藥雞絲涼皮)(芋兒燒雞)(粉蒸排骨,好吃..選用排骨與粉沾口感沒啥問題,辛香味的調配也很不錯)(藤椒魚,可點~但感覺還差上一些~)(乾鍋蝦)(水煮豆花牛,水煮牛+豆花,可點~)(牙籤牛)(酸豆肉末,明明是很常見的菜,這家弄得就是特別好吃,差一點要起立鼓掌)(花椒燒蛋,可看得出調味下手不輕,朋友想要吃完整的半熟蛋,老闆娘說肯定會破啊?)(酸菜土豆絲,ok~印象上膳的香氣略勝一籌)(乾鍋肥腸)(麻婆豆腐腦,麻婆豆腐+豬腦,風味、層次感皆可,用牛絞肉呈現酥香,近期最失望莫過於川雅的麻婆豆腐了,真心懷疑那天主廚不在咩?)(火龍果紅糖冰粉,再冰一點就更完美)
