今年繼7月後又來,只能說感謝好損友相約,菜色當然有一些變化,就盤點值得一提的:鮟鱇魚肝最中(與上回差異在與魚肝搭配的佐料)、紅喉烏魚子飯(大約五六分熟,油脂極多、又香又滑)、魚卷海膽鮪泥昆布(同結構但食材更替,比之前赤身的版本更喜歡)、牛奶冰(這有點超越焦糖冰🫠),至於鮑魚肝醬素麵與松葉蟹天婦羅捲就是招牌菜概念,美味無需多言。(明蝦玉米丸、北寄貝湯)(紅喉烏魚子飯)😘(嫩薑竹莢卷,不小心吃到兩卷~~)(天上鰤😊,表層焦脆與滑潤的油質對比ok)(禮文島白海膽、鮪下巴泥、昆布、以底下齒鰹包捲,同結構但食材更替,比之前赤身的版本風味更好😘)(chutoro近otoro部位)(縞蝦握)😊(小尾的黑喉揚,自身少油但肉質嫩、熟度優,樸實好吃)(好像是縞鰺釜飯,忘了~😂)(牛奶冰,這很棒😘~不知道算不算隱藏版)
