受哥的邀請前來午餐自然盛情難卻,還巧遇台北食界裡的奇觀與超新星,牛花的和牛set以3k左右價位,檢視內容份量蠻可以,是一個溫和漸進而非暴力的路線,只是我偏好上餐的間隔時間可再縮短一點,某友表示整餐吃完恰到好處不會過於油膩,所以還來了兩次,不論單人放空吃、或者兩三人邊聊邊吃都合適。採用多元品牌的和牛漬物三品澳和生火腿、哈密瓜、ricotta薄切鹽蔥牛舌厚切牛舌佐客家金桔白酒醋醬,這還不錯~搭一點旁邊那碟和牛辣油也行芒果油醋沙拉腿肉、柚子胡椒羽下肉+松葉蟹茶碗蒸,喜歡羽下在其中釋放油脂、以及帶來的滑嫩口感烤櫛瓜,很juicy後臀上蓋醬燒、芡汁蘆筍台灣溫體牛牛心、日本大蔥與生薑蒜,非套餐內追加,氣味不錯腹肉串、蔥白、山葵莎朗、月見,蛋黃好吃...這道如果可以~我還是想搭白飯和牛鮭魚玉米釜飯牛肉湯,這湯很厚郁備長炭煙燻北海道鮮乳冰淇淋焦糖,甜點炭燻味很濃,蠻有心的
