最近晚上有時會轉涼,想說來去喝個熱湯,之前在香港坤記吃過相當美味的豬骨煲,條通附近記得一間也有賣豬骨煲的澳門骨堡,就上門試試。 店內的服務人員好像有些口音,應非本地人,除了豬骨煲,還有滋補雞、沙蜆鍋、花雕雞,其他客人點的花雕雞上桌時一直傳來滋滋作響的香味,感覺好像很好吃,反正兩人點一鍋也就足夠,就只能豬骨煲了,光湯底要420元,僅是花生豬骨湯底沒有其他的料,筒骨(119元)很大一根、肉也多,食量若不大吃一根骨頭就夠了,因為肯定要吃些別的料吧!豬骨湯底帶有熬製至糜軟的花生甜味,不加料單喝蠻舒服的,之前在香港西環坤記吃的豬骨煲放了雞腳,增加膠質與濃稠感,基本盤加了蘿蔔、玉米等,整體甘甜滋味更重,而澳門骨堡的湯頭就屬較為純粹些,至於豬骨頭肉未必都好入口,帶點兒筋的最佳,骨髓當然務必要吸吸,好吃的。
