位於大稻埕慈聖宮前的廣場有一條小小的廟前小吃街,在過去可是工頭帶下屬,上工前來飽餐一頓的地方。現在則是許多遊客來此參拜,也順道來嚐嚐美味小吃的好去處喔。一整排小吃攤人頭鑽動,其中「魷魚標」更是老饕口耳相傳的老店。話說魷魚標就只賣魷魚,價格是半尾180元、大尾400及特大尾450元,真是簡單有力的菜單呀。 冷藏櫃直接擺在攤車上,一大疊魷魚很豪氣地擺設在眼前。 點了份半尾魷魚,兩人分食剛剛好。魷魚輕劃幾刀,放入滾燙的薑汁水中,淺淺一燙,一盤紅褐色的魷魚就能快速上桌。川燙魷魚旁邊搭配薑絲、蒜和香菜,搭起來一塊吃,更顯清爽。魷魚口感偏硬,但有咀嚼,越嚼越香。沾上特製醬汁與山葵,鹹嗆的味道嚼來更有滋味。 重點在於魷魚只有清燙過,更顯鮮甜,而且沒有腥味,這也是許多大叔喜愛來點盤魷魚,小酌一番的原因吧。
