開業已經兩年的穗科手打烏龍麵~為何我到現在才來光顧呢因為我是無肉不歡者這間剛好是素食~我認知的無味跟無趣不得不說~這高漲的人氣是??而且已經入秋了整條幾乎變成日本專門店的東區巷弄為何這間店讓人到現在還需要訂位?? 才剛從日本飛回來的友人~說要吃道地的日本烏龍麵靈機一動想到這裡~雖然我更想吃拉麵對我而言~口感跟最招牌勝過我想吃熱呼呼的湯麵衝動我想讓第一次是最美好的經驗當然點選自慢冷麵180並加一顆溫泉蛋30這樣子很樸實~手打冷麵的sauce不知道是什但是味道確實非常耐人尋味~不簡單這滋味上頭的海苔有天然的鹽香麵條上的芝麻剛好就讓香氣跟視覺豐富些黃澄澄的蛋黃~就是畫龍點睛 附上一碗熱呼呼的海帶湯~上頭一樣是灑滿芝麻 麵條拉起來才知道~手打烏龍就該如此~有彈性 輕輕的畫開了蛋黃~天阿~那樣子太過邪惡 麵條沾上蛋黃液的滋味~光用想的就覺得濃郁我想麵條要是熱的口感可能不會如此緊實~這道理愛吃麵的人應該懂蛋黃的熟度就是達到香而無腥味麵條沒有加溫蛋黃的效果~所以吃來是清爽而有蛋黃的香氣絲毫沒有油感但也不是單調~很難形容不愛吃速食的我~不發一語的呼嚕嚕一直吃因為麵條的口感太過

麵條沒有加溫蛋黃的效果~所以吃來是清爽而有蛋黃的香氣

絲毫沒有油感

但也不是單調~很難形容不愛吃速食的我~不發一語的呼嚕嚕一直吃

因為麵條的口感太過特別

調味上也是越吃越刷嘴(台語)

我不太淑女~一開始用筷子拉直烏龍麵~不是太粗的烏龍~完全不會因為拉扯而斷掉~所以噴到我的頭髮~但我絲毫不介意

因為好吃才能如此囂張的自慢

這湯也很厲害~我實在不懂那摩普通的速食湯品~就是海苔加一些芝麻~然後上頭奇妙的浮游物~拼湊在一起~那味道真是好喝~而且喝完暖呼呼的

太幸福連我都沉淪在素食的烏龍麵裡
