長壽三好庵地址:台北市南京東路三段256巷20弄1號(捷運木柵線南京東路站)營業時間:11:30~14:00、18:00~22:00電話:02-2731-4744 門口就可猜出~走一個傳統家庭式日本料理風格 據說是全台第一間手打蕎麥麵因為鏡子很挑剔~讓我的明太子干貝冷面泡湯就讓我期待一下他安排的美味比較有現代感的就這個角落其他都有年齡的痕跡餓昏頭的我們居然在一營業就直接報到就呈現一個包場的景象 就是有年齡的MENU價格算是可接受不貴麥茶是冰的~這點很日本 玉子燒一直是我的心頭好 真的很厚~而且蠻JUICY的蛋香彷彿加了一點醬油與日本的甜味玉子燒不同這裡像是媽媽煎的厚蛋上頭放上點蘿蔔泥.淋上點醬油很家常的風味(不油膩)分量很多 最奇妙的涼拌馬鈴薯絲刨成細麵的樣子~簡單的和風醬及柴魚片我偏好蒸熟軟嫩入口鬆化的薯泥涼拌 傳說中的手打蕎麥麵就是日本的樣子 醬油裡倒入蔥花及芥末尼~蕎麥麵條浸滯3秒就可咕溜溜下肚麵條的彈性是蠻好的以台灣來說~這算是好吃的蕎麥麵 店員推薦的鍋燒麵湯頭就是和風基本湯底所有的炸物~直接放入其中有炸蝦~雞丁~還有一些蔬菜烏龍麵也蠻好吃的湯頭真的普通 我很討厭炸物泡在湯
