到台北我最愛吃的不是夜市小吃,而是日本菜。這次來就挑了山肴鰭,他們是一家omakase的日本餐廳,就是說是廚師發辦,來台北前在Facebook 發訊息訂了位子,回覆非常快並且清晰,我先挑了2800台幣的套餐。一進門,店不太大,大概十到十二個位子而已,員工只有三名,接待的女生非常的有禮貌而且非常了解每一道菜,老闆看起來比較嚴肅,另外一個我想是他的助理吧。個人非常欣賞壽司那部分,壽司放進口裡壽司飯還是暖的 食物的質素跟烹調的方法都非常好,極力推薦。
