永吉涼麵是我心目中好吃的涼麵之一。第一次來的時候已經是好幾年前的事了。甜點吃太多，很想吃涼麵，就坐捷運來了。Yongji Noodles is one of my favorite Taiwanese cold noodles in Taipei店很容易找，就在捷運後山碑站出口3前面。不知道可不可以說這家算是"早餐店"，早上開6:30，但下午2:30就關門了。每月二、四週的星期三公休。It’s in front of Houshanpi MRT station exit 3. Opens at 6:30 but closes at 14:30, the 2nd and 4th Wednesday every month closed.食物選擇就只有涼麵跟湯，吃素的也有素食涼麵跟素紫菜蛋花湯可以選。Noodles and soup, vegearian is welcome as they have vegearian noodles and soup.點了小的肉燥涼麵，因為之前吃過這裡的涼麵，這次加個肉燥吃吃看。肉燥用的是純瘦肉，味道不重，純粹為涼麵增添口感。我喜歡他們的麻醬，質感不濃

點了小的肉燥涼麵，因為之前吃過這裡的涼麵，這次加個肉燥吃吃看。肉燥用的是純瘦肉，味道不重，純粹為涼麵增添口感。我喜歡他們的麻醬，質感不濃厚，屬於比較清爽的，加上蒜末汁，蒜味突出。麵條Q彈不死硬，用的都不是隔夜貨，加上小黃瓜絲，清爽好吃。Minced pork cold noodles (small). I like their sesame sauce, light and flavorful with garlic aroma. Noodles is fresh. Will come again if I want to have Taiwanese cold noodles.
