在台北吃港式飲茶,預算動輒不菲,還記得國二期中考結束,當時數學真是崩潰的難,考完約著半個班級同學去學校旁的港式飲茶吃飯,零用錢不多,也不敢放肆地點,最後結帳一個人快900!大概有好幾年不敢再吃燒賣一類的料理。長大後,終於去了趟香港,地道港式料理三個靈魂:燒喃仔、避風塘炒蟹和豬扒包,瘋狂程度是每進一家港式餐廳必點,回台灣後想找到接近的好味道真難。從君品頤宮打著高水準燒鴨料理直到平民餐廳像鳳城,雅苑粵菜算是介於兩者之間,平均消費500元左右,特別適合長輩聚餐,可以喚著阿姨年紀的服務生熱情親切,點餐也不會給人壓力,還會幫你搭配最周全的合菜,完全是媽媽啊:『這樣點比較划算』『夠了夠了!太多了』『現在螃蟹好吃啊』茶資 25元/人 點的是普洱茶,回沖三次味道還很濃郁蔥花油腸條 NT.100當你淋上了沾醬,就得快快吃啊!口感滑嫩的腸粉皮會立刻軟趴趴,久了會失去Q彈口感喔!以往吃腸粉是牛肉或蝦仁口味,這次裡頭包的是赤裸裸的油條和大蔥,作為開胃菜很合適魚乾炒山蘇 NT.100山蘇和過貓都屬於蕨類,江湖相傳補鈣補鐵一次滿足,撇開營養成分,山蘇真的很好吃啊!!!沒想到和小魚乾快吵起來略帶鹹味也很不賴!廣東炒

和撈麵很像,先炸的脆脆麵條趴附蠔油勾芡的略稠醬汁,鋪上蝦仁、豬肝、花枝等點綴,雖然當日點小份量,但對四人分食來說非常過量。

在添好運念念不忘的一道,就像竹筒飯的米飯充斥竹筒香氣,珍珠雞米粒也是淡雅荷葉香,整理就像是料和飯分離,充滿荷葉香的油飯,這樣想就和實際吃的味道相去不遠了

蟹殼下方有滿滿的蟹爪蟹腳,就像胡椒蝦一樣,因為剝除外殼讓手留下蒜酥和豆豉,再去抓出蟹肉就順理成章進行調味動作了,現在回味起來嘴裡還是滿滿香氣,很正點!

值得一提就是沾芥末醬超絕配!雅苑提供細糖和蜂蜜芥末,我喜歡脆皮那頭沾蜂蜜芥末、瘦肉那頭沾糖,一鼓作氣塞入嘴中,大概就像看小當家會出現的美~~~味!!!那種浮誇的幸福感覺,超好吃!
