又來到萬華覓食,先前在東石順吃蚵仔煎時就有注意到對面的老艋舺鹹粥店,後來想想~應該在我很多年前仍住台北、尋覓老台北小吃時就有記下來的,只是離當時住處遠,後來也就逐漸忘卻,在早午餐的鹹粥 台北西區常見的傳統鹹粥口味,有的較突顯豬骨油蔥風味,有的則較清、以蔬菜甜居多,老艋舺屬於後者,除了鹹粥,還點個紅燒肉飯來吃吃,無論醃漬風味或炸粉表現的口感,覺得這兒的紅燒肉都不算出色,或者說這裡的炸物(蝦仁、蚵仔..等)都屬平平,甚至油還沒仔細瀝乾,較ok的是牛蒡天婦羅,其他黑白切小菜則有一定水準,粉肝、豬舌、大腸,傳統紅黑雙醬,不過以這價格,份量著實少了點,便算可吃吃的店吧。
