どん亭 Don tei在日本很有名氣,今天來到中山北路一段這邊,這可是どん亭 Don tei在台灣的第一家分店。裡頭的裝潢是簡單的日式風,給人好放鬆的感覺!尤其是半隱密式的用餐空間,用起餐來特別自在!桌與桌之間都有簾子隔著另一邊用餐區則是沙發坐位吃壽喜燒我個人覺得跟柳橙汁還滿對味的,尤其這邊的柳橙汁喝起來好像現榨,好好喝哦!我就續了兩次,非常的過癮。吃到飽總共有5種方案可以選擇,要犒賞自已,當然是點最貴有黑毛和牛來大吃一番啊!大口吃肉之前,先來點前菜開開胃,每一道都好精緻,不像是吃到飽的那種簡單式的前菜。醬燒玉米筍,素食這款就連玉米鬚也可以吃下去,聽說有消水腫的作用!但大家都知道我是非常紮實的胖,雖然是沒救的身體,不過我還是大口吃掉玉米鬚啦~~這玉米筍很有口感,甜甜的,還很多汁,這款也是 どん亭 Don tei人氣前菜。山葵章魚我個人則是喜愛這款有點嗆又帶有QQ口感的山葵章魚。帶有點黏稠感又有點嗆辣的章魚,搭配上清爽的蘿蔔絲,再用清香的橙皮來提味,吃完後還意猶未盡!馬扎瑞拉蕃茄下頭的起司是軟軟的,但味道是不重的,搭配上酸甜的蕃茄,整體吃起來是清爽開胃的。這雞蛋上桌時,就表示壽喜燒要登場

我個人則是喜愛這款有點嗆又帶有QQ口感的山葵章魚。

壽喜燒的鍋子跟一般火鍋的鍋子不同,這種較快受熱,而且深度也沒那麼深。

どん亭 Don tei除了供應壽喜燒之外,另外也有鴛鴦鍋。

中間那塊則是用來將鍋內塗上油脂,這塊是牛油,如果不吃牛,則是會用植物油來代替。

再來則是先將洋蔥炒香,所有的流程皆有服務人員幫忙~

我非常喜歡這邊的服務氣氛,不但到桌邊前會先90度鞠躬,在整個服務過程中,也令人感到舒服!
