創業的幾位年輕人是從bencotto出來的,這次約了我姊一起探店,以這次經驗,感覺來此點前菜搭酒ok,菜餚有些想法組合搭佐得還不錯,但部分的完成度似乎可以更高,與份量雙重考量之下就有些overpriced。(招待的佛卡夏,乍看還以為是什麼薄餅,口感蠻好)(感謝姊!)(胭脂蝦塔塔,紹興酒凍香氣、碎杏仁枸杞增添口感,再混入盤邊的奧利多冰沙,把溫度降下,少少酸甜與生蝦甜味搭得有趣)(亂炸6.0,炸雞、雞蛋豆腐、櫛瓜、茄子、透抽、香菇、特色蝦丸..是弄得可以的炸物下酒菜,鯷魚美乃滋沾醬好用)(劍槍烏賊,不起眼卻是當天最喜歡,美味的點主要在熟度和品質,紫蘇梅醬、鯷魚、甜菜根..配合得也不壞)(手工斑鳩捲,中間夾入雞肉慕斯,放上可惜不夠脆的雞皮脆片,用剝皮辣椒、金棗等台灣元素當調料,中規中矩)(波特酒雞肝,質地不太均勻,有的乾有的滑,姊認為此價位處理雞肝時更應該"去蕪存菁")慢燉鴨腿肉,外場妹妹說是招牌菜,臭豆腐是尋找到市場某家特別臭的,這臭度剛好符合我的需求,上方剝絲鴨腿肉滑嫩、中層皮蛋泥,這組合算好吃也有特色,但辛香感偏薄不夠立體,調味再多加一點層次進來會更優,以價位而言還需下更多功夫)(泡菜
