今年中秋烤肉趴想來點不一樣的,召集了20位朋友辦在"鷹堡",這是一家歷史悠久的店,如果是資深吃客應該有聽過所謂鷹堡52、鷹堡92、桃園鷹堡..等,誰才是"正宗(?)"我實在不曉得,但我好友表示他可以透過友人聯繫松江路的老闆開辦,我會建議來此人均消費3~4k才會吃得有感,沒有菜單,大致就是牛小排、羊排、豬排、海鮮..等原味燒烤,老闆的烤功確實不錯,是很粗曠Local的呈現(不能算是細緻),但是爽度挺高,可惜目前無炭火,不然檔次應該往上翻一級。以下為包場菜色+另外加點,如果預算拉到4k以上會比較盡興簡易版沙拉吧+蘿蔔湯,一整個我O牛排的fu(開胃小碟滷牛拼)羊排,稍微運氣成份,但大體是ok的,鮮嫩!牛小排,好加點伊比利豬,還不錯..因為厚度起伏熟度口感容易不均,但某些朋友認為是當日第一名松坂豬,這部位會比較穩烤圓鱈,意外驚艷的美味,表層賦予的焦香剛剛好,一咬下去又滑又油潤,以前自己也會買圓鱈回家弄,無法做出這種單純燒烤的好味...杏鮑菇大透抽,夠甜加點的2L北海道干貝,不期不待結果也弄得很好,反而接下來的活南非鮑放了多餘的松露醬,不如吃原味的口感鮮度飯後水果 & 感謝朋友帶芋泥球請大家吃
