美味炸大雞扒

以前拍拖去第一次去旅行嚟到台北行士林夜巿，第一次豪大大雞扒就愛上左佢。結完婚之後重遊舊地，嚟到台北，見到豪大大雞扒舖頭，決定買嚟食緬懷一番。首先排隊落單，攞飛之後等叫號碼取貨。現場都有唔少人等緊攞食物，店員好快手，大約等左五分鐘左右就有得攞。店員會問要辣定唔辣口味，唔食得辣嘅我地當然要唔辣。雞扒同以前一樣都係甘大塊，大過塊面嘅雞扒，豪大大堅持唔切件，原件一塊過炸。雞扒炸粉厚度算適中，雞肉唔會炸得過火，咬落有嫩滑有肉汁，味粉令整份雞扒幾惹味。雖然香港都有得食，但係台灣食比香港食嘅價錢打左個七折左右，無理由唔食吧。 continue reading

士林夜市必吃美食就是"豪大大雞排" 沒吃過就太遜啦!!!從小吃到大 現在已經漲到一份60元 雞排真的好大!!! 不是浪得虛名啊~~~一律不切!!  付完錢記得自取發票嘿愛他的炸粉勝過他的雞肉(笑) 個人喜歡粉裹很厚那種雞排! 酥酥脆脆好好吃!胡椒粉撒的很豪邁.如果比例沒拿捏好很容易過鹹~~ 一個人吃會過膩 建議兩人分食 continue reading
