每次到台北，我一定會到這兒吃胡椒餅。每次到來，都一定大排長龍，這次也不例外。一邊排隊，可以一邊看到店員在製作胡椒餅。把蔥和肉餡包好，打開炭爐的蓋子，把胡椒餅黏在爐壁，蓋好，再打開蓋子時，香噴噴的胡椒餅便可奉客。熱騰騰的胡椒餅香氣撲鼻，吃的時候一定要小心，因為裏面滿是肉汁，一咬開，肉汁流出，很容易燙傷。 continue reading

12點去到hotel check in, plan 咗去西門町食鴨肉扁。不過實在好肚餓，而胡椒餅就係hotel 對面。之前都食過，知道好飽肚，於是今次3個人sahre 1個。熱騰騰，新鮮出爐，好大個。外皮脆脆地，仲佈滿芝麻；餡料非常非常之多蔥，同豬肉撈埋一齊，好香。仲好juicy，好多肉汁，唔會乾爭爭。 continue reading
