每次到台北,我一定會到這兒吃胡椒餅。每次到來,都一定大排長龍,這次也不例外。一邊排隊,可以一邊看到店員在製作胡椒餅。把蔥和肉餡包好,打開炭爐的蓋子,把胡椒餅黏在爐壁,蓋好,再打開蓋子時,香噴噴的胡椒餅便可奉客。熱騰騰的胡椒餅香氣撲鼻,吃的時候一定要小心,因為裏面滿是肉汁,一咬開,肉汁流出,很容易燙傷。
