照片記錄:兩人4,000。搬到大直之後店面的確變得舒適,雖然總認為街邊小店才是對布爾喬亞的印象,現在變成omakase,但也可參考以前的菜單(這次許願威靈頓牛排),份量真的算很夠的,尤其上了兩道大主菜,可能用低一點的價格去配就好,口味的部分似乎稍有變淡趨勢,導致這餐感受上比較平,還是想回到單點時期。(大蒜奶油焗田螺)(番茄燴櫛瓜,櫛瓜的火候挺不錯)(無花果生火腿沙拉)(海鮮雙槽麵,海鮮好吃、麵體彈牙,醬底風味ok..就是不太夠力,這種粗麵還是想要配重一點的醬)(黑松露玉米筍,蔬菜品質ok)(烤春雞,多汁,希望皮再脆一點,比如福旺那種)(嘉義黃牛菲力威靈頓,台灣牛的菲力肉質又更精瘦了,放了少許肥肝與風乾火腿來平衡,酥皮的膩感稍微多、份量挺大)
