鑽石塔新餐廳,偏精緻的印度菜(原想想廚房主廚是設立的推手,夏花的主廚另有其人),已收掉的想想我是好幾年前去的了,印象不多,不過~夏花整體吃完覺得不錯,尤其三道肉類的調味和火候都有打中我,其實有些調味蠻濃厚的,搭酒應該更合適,鑲肉透抽就完全吃不懂,烤餅我則較喜歡番紅花的。(印度白茶,聞起來很像東方美人,但味道是沒這麼柔~)(鮮果優格開胃沙拉😊,用藏茴香、羅旺子醬去調,味道挺夠~bang的一下開胃概念)(旁遮普的爐烤起司,不說還以為tofu🤣..假如有再來會跳過)(果阿的鑲肉透抽,鑲入的辣肉餡蠻搶戲🤷‍♂️,透抽本人熟度是好的)(旁遮普的蒜香烤雞😋,味厚juicy的腿排,適合搭酒🥂)(勒克瑙總督的串燒羊肉😋,絞肉的質地與香料味都比想像細緻,適合搭酒🥂)(錫金的爐烤豬肋排😋,非強勁型的辛香、有存在感且不無聊,肋排口感處理很好)(奶油咖哩雞😊,具濃厚與層次,是好吃的基本款,配餅一致通過)(番茄蔬菜乾咖哩)😊(庫格的豬五花黑咖哩,有放黑醋與芝麻等,有點妙~~莫名一股藥燉味,可能蠻吃喜好的吧,倒覺得五花肉太瘦..)(兩道甜點四人share份量可以,印式雪糕的霜感較重,但又沒到sorbet的感覺,蘋果
