馬來西亞華僑的小揚曾在新都里、野村壽司修業,上次本要來試試看划算的午間壽司套餐(讓我聯想起以前去過的立志壽司),訂了位卻不巧遇到臨時事故店休,後來好友試過水溫表示以價位是滿意的,並開了一局晚餐包場慶生,還自掏腰包加點八寸酒餚、松葉蟹等,整餐吃下來確實意外不錯,連熟食都頗有水準,不禁憶起當年"原小料理"內外主廚的合作。(朋友帶的小雞餅乾)(客製慶生小八寸: 蛋黃烤玉米筍、金山寺味噌秋葵、高湯菠菜山茶菇、醬烤干貝、明太子透抽、花椒高粱酒煮雞肝、蛋黃醋綠葡萄,雞肝表現可以,坦白說後來看到這特製八寸的單份價格便宜到我吃了一驚,算是受限於成本,不然應該可以有更好的發揮)(松針冷燻蔥花鮪魚泥+奈良漬,這道可以當作定番😘)(比目魚刺身/辣蘿蔔泥/青海苔,比目魚盤子很可愛)(加價預訂: 松葉蟹腿蟹膏 & 松葉蟹肉海苔天婦羅+鹹蛋黃碎😋)(微炙燒秋刀魚刺身,剛出來的秋刀,比預期還油潤~非常好吃😘)(蛤蜊鮑魚湯,湯底頗扎實)(軟絲握)(小肌握)(炸香魚佐內臟肉泥+小黃瓜甜醋,熟度控制很好,調味也協調,意外美味~😋)鮪魚刺身江戶前醬油漬+湯葉,浸泡時間長~喜歡~加拿大鮪魚大腹握北寄貝,氣味不錯雲林烤白鰻/小
