去台灣玩,除咗要食台菜、小籠包、火鍋之外,家人例必要食餐日本菜;有心要為親友嘅飲食日誌增添驚喜,XO仔今次就好大擔咁喺互聯網上挑選咗間唔係咁多人認識嘅「允壽司」。壽司屋隱蔽於窄窄嘅單程橫街內,雲石閃光嘅門面新潮得黎甚為低調。餐店面積不大,右方為師傅嘅大舞台,面前排出十二個吧位,以透光嘅雲石小牆分隔,貴氣得黎不失時代感。牆上掛上以毛筆寫出店名中大大個「允」字,充分地表演出中國書法藝術嘅氣勢。網上訂座流程簡易快捷,可慳返長途電話費之餘,小肥又唔洗講國語,對話有哂記錄唔洗驚會誤解,十二人包場仲可以一早訂下NT 3,500/位嘅精選午市套餐,並道明團友們有啲咩特別飲食要求及敏感問題。掌舵人小穎師傅相當好客同細心,用餐當日先確認同行邊幾位長輩只能食熟食,及邊個係有超多食物敏感嘅XO仔,態度絕對認真!食物全權由師傅安排,清酒就由識少少扮代表嘅小弟揀咗樽果香及花香味討好嘅「澤姬純米大吟釀」(NT 3,800)。餐桌上有齊備嘅餐具、醬油及熱茶,整潔衛生。伴配魚生嘅青瓜、蘿蔔及靚薑全為師傅自家醃製,均爽脆醒胃。為午餐打響頭炮有開胃小點「鮑魚豆腐沙律」。沙律以幼嫩嘅豆腐、腍潤嘅鮑魚、清爽嘅無花果、鮮爆嘅三
