家人祖籍福建,可以話同台灣瀝源甚篤,對台菜更加係情有獨鍾,故是次台北之旅主要都係探索市內新興嘅台菜美食。多得Google之神幫忙,成功覓得好幾家特色小店,次序首選可網上訂座嗰啲,邊日有位都一目了然,唔洗多次對話度期最方便。第一個午餐好隨意地揀咗米芝蓮星級代表「富錦樹台菜香檳本店」。蹺蹺地口嘅餐廳名其實有段古,了解咗之後當堂順口得多。原來「富錦樹」品牌源於(亦緣於)遠離鬧市嘅富錦街,創辦人由服飾玩到生活雜貨再擴展至餐飲業,集團就好似一棵大樹般,長出枝幹綠葉,蔭照民生社區,有意思極!屬下嘅「富錦樹台菜香檳本店」好順理成章地選取春色滿園嘅地舖開館。餐店融入成一個大花園咁充滿大自然氣息。門外嘅室外座被樹林籠罩著,透明玻璃屋簷嘅設計就好比溫室般。用餐大堂潔淨企理,散座分得夠開,完全冇擠迫感,木造枱櫈配瓷磚地面夠哂乾爽舒適。值得一讚再讚嘅就係年輕嘅服務生十分體貼周到,見姨媽行動不便即幫忙扶助,並提點洗手間前方有高高嘅梯級要留神。長輩好欣賞洗手間又大又衛生,而且有齊備嘅口腔用品。多頁餐牌可於網上瀏覽,建議大家三天前預訂好菜式。部份節令菜式可即場加點。確認好菜單,妹妹先送上開胃爽脆嘅醋溜雲耳(招待)。
