比起初訪又更得我心,有些菜不曉得是穩定性?還是剛好不太對我口味,在這次二訪很巧的都沒有碰上,而且還遇到主廚阿潔師的慶生(留下來喝了幾杯),除了菜色豐富之外,加碼的擔仔麵也很好吃,非常感謝帶路友人。前菜的蟳丸和粉腸不需多說,口感實實在在,沒說其他吃過的香腸熟肉不好,價格與能呈現的品質也會有影響,滷大腸頭則有點驚豔,在台式小菜裡是少見優質,福建南煎肝同上次印象,沒有惱人的臟氣,嫩度、糖與醬油的鹹甜都剛剛好,桂花魚翅和明福手路有偌大差異,明福著重在焦香與鬆爽,知味用料味道富足。(醃瓜)(滷香菇)😊(燙拌鴨腸)(炸魚卵)(蟳丸)😋(粉腸,此紅麴灌粉腸非豬粉腸也)😋(滷大腸頭,無異議的直球對決)😘(南煎肝,薄片、考驗嫩度)😋(處女蟳米糕)😊(鹽酥烏魚胗)(桂花魚翅)😊最好的依然是乾炒鱔魚和雞仔豬肚鱉,鱔魚火候很強,鹹度醋味等比例也完全合我意,雞仔豬肚鱉的湯頭太過濃郁~無法抵擋..(還有好吃的鱉肉🐢),最後阿潔師怕吃不夠還加碼擔仔麵,我一向偏愛乾麵,湯麵要"篩選"過,顯然這"盆"麵是對味了。(乾炒鱔魚)😘(雞仔豬肚鱉,和初訪同樣感想,最佳之一)😘(清蒸九孔鮑)(蒸龍蝦)(炒豆苗)(擔仔麵,麵體、湯
