開在這裡覺得人潮與車潮很少,沒關係只要是美味在巷弄裡也沒問題。魚旨匠位在康樂街的三角窗上,晚上燈光一打非常的醒目。這家「魚旨匠手作壽司」是之前網友臉書留言,第一個留言當然要第一順位去品嚐,在小高的寫文章分享的理念,是真實呈現個人主觀心得分享,如果只要當個美食資訊分享者,我也不用這麼辛苦細心分享美食內容,假使文章心得與推薦人有所不同,那就拜託好友們見諒因我不希望失去您們。「魚旨匠手作壽司」是知名大鮪堂所開的,當天訂位時,店家就說假日不能使用「團購優惠」,對喔!小高自從寫美食以來還沒使用團購優惠卷,是如何使用我還不知如何取得,當然小高回答沒有團購卷喔!外觀就與一般的日式料理的裝潢截然不同。從店外就可以看到開放式的廚房,這種空間設計相當特殊且美觀。進大門店內視覺似乎有點錯亂,好像是一家帶點工業風的咖啡廳。幾何圖形木製裝潢帶點現代時尚設計感,挑高寬敞的用餐空間用餐氛圍相當不錯。前方是結帳櫃檯店家在空間的設計相當用心。Menu設計又回歸較日式的設計,菜色也是相當多價格算是合理。也有定食與中食套餐可選擇價格算中上售價,看來定食價位對應菜色有點貴所以選擇單點。和風海鮮沙拉80元。海鮮沙拉酸甜酸甜還不
