火金菇 (帕尼尼) Golden mushroom 70NT杏鮑菇、南瓜、鹹鴨蛋，味道很好，主要是因為有杏鮑菇咬口，南瓜的甜和鴨蛋的鹹，混合起來是一個好吃的帕尼尼餡料。oyster mushrooms, pumpkin and salty duck egg. Interesting and delicious fillings, I like the chewiness from the mushrooms, sweetness of pumpkins and saltiness of the duck egg.
牽絲泥泥蛋餅 cheese and mashed potato egg roll 60NT這蛋餅有點特別，裏面的餡料是薯泥和生菜，外面有蕃茄和起司。但我覺得如果把起司加在裏面，外面做成番茄醬汁，薯泥和起司的味道會更好吃，整個蛋餅的味道會更好。
Inside the egg roll it has mashed potato and lettuce, cheese and tomato are on the egg roll. It would be more tasty of the cheese is added inside with mashed potatoes and on top tomato sauce and melted cheese instead of diced tomato and tasteless cheese.
我會推薦這裡的帕尼尼，蛋餅的話台南市有更多好選擇。I’d suggest to order their toasts rather than egg roll. There are many good egg roll in Tainan.
