台南阿裕涮涮鍋是我最喜愛的台灣溫體牛火鍋，沒有之一。現切的溫體牛肉，湯頭甘甜美味，愛火鍋愛吃牛的朋友到台南不要錯過這裡的火鍋。A Yu Beef shabu shabu is my favorite fresh Beef hotpot in Taiwan. Don’t miss out when you visit Tainan.店不在市區，通常跟我小黃司機講”阿裕牛肉鍋”他們都會知道，從市中心坐計程車到店大約300NT左右。他們亦不接受訂位，用餐時間需要等位。旁邊有7-11，方便在等位時買飲料。The place is not inside city, you can visit here by taxi, tell taxi driver “A Yu Sha Sha Guo”, probably he’d know the place. No reservations accepted, have to wait during peak hours. Next to the restaurant there’s 7-11, can buy some drinks when wait

湯頭以牛骨及蔬菜熬煮，光喝已經非常鮮甜，鍋底一鍋100NT。牛肉燙熟後鮮嫩非常，牛香四溢，一碟300NT。The soup base is made from Beef bones and vegetables, sweet and tasty with natural umami. One soup base 100NT. Beef is tender and flavorful, very tasty! Each plate 300NT
其他的配料要自助從冰箱選自己喜歡吃的，飲料和白飯也有提供，飯是免費的。配料沒有甚麼特別，我來阿裕的話主要還是吃溫體牛肉為主。
Nothing special about their other hotpot ingredients which are taken in the fridge by yourself. Definitely worth trying, love their Beef and the soup a lot.
