朋友推薦台南代謝俱樂部的甜點，說他們的塔做得好吃，人在台南的時候特意造訪，製作用心，沒有讓我失望。Daixie Club is a place selling desserts (mainly tarts) in Tainan. 檸檬塔 Lemon Tart 100NT這裡的甜點或許外表不華麗，但水準高，塔皮薄而香氣很夠，我欣賞老闆做塔的這一點。餡的濃稠度也適中，酸度得宜，細膩香滑的內餡充滿酸香十足的檸檬味道，相當喜歡。
Thin yet buttery tart base with smooth lemon curd. Lemon curd filling is full of fresh lemony citrus flavor. This is surely one of my favorite lemon tart in Taiwan.
現烤蘋批 Freshly baked apple tart 120NT溫熱的蘋果批 (其實我覺得是塔)，蘋果片看起來好像沒有烤過，但吃起來柔軟帶果甜，加上鮮奶油、肉桂跟一點點的檸檬皮提香，也很好吃。Tasty combination of soft and sweet apple slices, cinnamon, cream, caramel and a bit of lemon zest, best to have it when the tart is still warm.
