以前黃鴨子的家人們吃壽司都是到小園找阿德師傅,但隨著阿德師傅的北上取經家人們也就不再到小園消費,而是等待他再重回高雄的一天。一年多過去,阿德師傅沒有回歸高雄,反而是到台南的聚樂炭燒居酒屋當起料理長。家人們知道消息後便邀約成行,開著兩台車到台南給阿德師傅澎場!這天給的配餐金額為1000元/人,不過聚樂似乎不走板前路線,還是以台式日料為大宗,入門的客人多是吃當日定食又或烏龍麵、天婦羅...等等,反觀坐在板前的我們一家超奇怪的阿 ~"~山藥海膽螢烏賊、魚漿玉米、魚佃煮鯛魚刺身鮪魚腹、青甘腹象拔蚌赤身海膽蒸蛋烤明蝦牛蒡鮮魚味噌湯uni鰭邊肉握吻仔魚乾北上學藝的阿德比起以前的確是進步不少,只是聚樂的環境比較適合串燒和啤酒,吃壽司還是覺得怪怪的阿!聚樂炭燒居酒屋06- 2285519台南市民生路二段481號
