天氣太冷了,來一碗當歸鴨熱熱喝好暖胃,鹽水老街上的李家當歸鴨創立於1952年,已經有69年歷史囉!到了用餐時間好多在地人來用餐,我們也是邊走邊逛,看到人多就進來湊熱鬧感覺是一家人自己經營,阿姨忙進忙出的,端菜端不停還好我們早一步到,才剛坐下來就瞬間客滿了李家當歸鴨菜單吃麵當然就是要配小菜,想吃什麼自己夾,上面貼有價格表鴨腿看起來好可口喔!流口水~~撒上蔥花淋上醬油膏,小菜的標準配備燙青菜 NT.30大陸妹吃起來脆脆的很新鮮,爽口的鹹香很涮嘴乾米血 NT.20當歸鴨麵線 NT.40附上幾片鴨肉,沒有太重的中藥味,湯頭甘甜清爽,可以整碗喝光光當歸鴨米粉 NT.40鴨肉意麵羹 NT.40羹湯不會勾芡得很濃稠,也是口味偏淡,喜歡淋上烏醋跟加一點辣椒,就是愛重口味XD已經去骨的鴨肉很軟嫩,給小朋友吃也OK有別於之前記憶中的當歸鴨中藥味超濃厚,李家當歸鴨口味偏淡雅,怕中藥味的可以試看看,一年四季都很適合吃,推薦給澎油們
