台中後火車站的芳塢碼頭據稱經營已有10多年之久,從前的名稱叫做大芳麻糬,這次是受邀來體驗它家的產品,包括幾款甜麻糬、自創的香菇素肉鹹麻糬、以及不包餡經典原味。芳塢碼頭的麻糬都是現點現包,需要稍微等待,每位製作人員穿著制服、口罩與封口包覆的手套,在這段期間衛生至關重要呀,麻糬球包入餡料後再滾兩層裹粉防潮並增添口感。年輕老闆娘(即大頭照那位~)特別提及當天現做的純糯米麻糬皆無添加物,必須要在兩日之內完食,而鹹口味的香菇素肉則當天就得吃完,不可冰冷藏因為會發硬,若真要保存可冰冷凍,但也不能太多天,食用前再退冰,當然這樣做口感肯定不比當天新鮮吃。回家準備開箱,先來吃最想吃的香菇素肉,畢竟當天就要吃完嘛~因為是素肉,與從前吃過有著豬油香氣的鹹麻糬餡料風味不同,香菇味與調料的辛香倒是特別濃郁,且濕潤的香菇切得大塊,挺不錯愈吃愈涮嘴。10顆綜合就是除了鹹口味與原味之外,每一種皆兩顆,這家並非走高顏值路線..與帶有Q勁的麻糬相比質地是偏軟,餡料甜度也調整得不高,招牌口味是紅豆、芝麻、花生的混合內餡,其中略鹹甜的椰奶酥內餡較為特別,芝麻餡則飽滿、香而不苦,我最中意還是由慢火炒過的花生餡。吃了它的原味麻糬

吃了它的原味麻糬,發覺特別喜歡,與我多次在客家庄買的花生糖粉糍粑相比,

芳塢做得甚至更好吃,可以感受細緻柔軟的糯米質感,滾上夠香甜的花生糖粉,很好!
